PASTORAL TEAM & SUPPORT

Welcome to Pastoral Support at Up Holland High School.

At Up Holland personal development sits alongside the academic and enrichment provision, in order to ensure that students receive a broad, balanced education in a supportive and caring environment. Our personal development curriculum looks at our five core values - L(Leadership, O (Organisation), R (Resilience), I (Initiative), C (Communication).

There is a strong personal development  team who work closely with parents to ensure all students are fully supported. The Director of Standards and the Lead for Behaviour & Attitudes are responsible for this important aspect of school life and works closely with the Senior Personal Development Managers and the Personal Development Tutors in all matters of personal development as well as child-protection, safeguarding and e-safety.

We would always ask as a first port of call if you have an issue or concern you speak with your child's Personal Development Tutor.
