PSHE – Personal, Social & Health Education

Our PSHE and Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) curriculum is delivered through a carefully planned rolling programme that reflects the evolving needs of our students and the diverse society in which they live.

The curriculum is designed to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, attributes, and values they need to lead safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives, both now and in the future.

Through a progressive sequence of learning, key themes are revisited and developed throughout students' Key stage 3 and 4, enabling them to build confidence, resilience, and critical thinking skills over time.

The rolling programme ensures comprehensive coverage of statutory requirements while remaining responsive to current issues and the specific needs of our school community.

By providing high-quality, inclusive, and relevant learning experiences, we aim to empower all students to develop positive relationships, make informed decisions, understand their rights and responsibilities, and become respectful, active, and responsible members of society.
